These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bs44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account or accesses any service provided through bs44.ws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
Important Notice: These Terms apply to all Players using the bs44 platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access. Creating an account on bs44 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
bs44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bs44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.
1Definitions
In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Bonus" / "Promotion"
Any non-withdrawable or conditionally withdrawable promotional credit, free spin award, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by bs44 to registered Players, subject to the specific terms of each promotional offer.

"Credentials" / "Login Details"
The combination of a Player's registered mobile number and chosen password used to authenticate and access their bs44 account. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Credentials at all times.
2Eligibility
Access to and use of the bs44 Platform is conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full. Players who do not satisfy all of the following conditions are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the Platform:
You must be at least 21 years of age. bs44 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Players. Persons under 21 are not permitted to hold an account regardless of any consent provided by a parent or guardian.
You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering solely on your own behalf and for your personal entertainment only.
You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order from bs44 or any other gambling platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by opening a new account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility checks is grounds for immediate account termination.
You must be the legal holder of any payment method used to fund your bs44 account. Using a payment method belonging to another person — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Age Verification: bs44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3Account Registration
Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on bs44. The Platform operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
3.1 Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password. The mobile number provided becomes the primary identifier for the account and is used for OTP verification, password reset, and account recovery. Players must ensure their registered mobile number remains active and accessible.
3.2 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. bs44 will never ask a Player for their password via any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from bs44 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 Any activity carried out on a Player's account using their login credentials will be treated as authorised by that Player, unless the Player has notified bs44 of a security breach in writing prior to the relevant transaction taking place. bs44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
3.4 bs44 reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation from any Player at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed to bs44's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.
Account Security: If you suspect that your bs44 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact bs44 support via live chat immediately. Do not attempt to log in to a potentially compromised account before notifying us — doing so may make it more difficult for our security team to investigate the breach.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
bs44 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh commercial bank accounts. bs44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
4.1 The minimum deposit amount on bs44 is ৳300 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. bs44 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players are advised that their payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees independently of bs44.
4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit unless a specific approved exception applies. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. bs44 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
4.3 Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to clear. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 bs44 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the Player's account identity has not been fully verified; (c) the Player has an active bonus subject to a wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied; or (d) a technical issue requires investigation.
4.5 Players must not use the bs44 Platform for any form of financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Using bs44 as a payment processing intermediary, currency exchange mechanism, or money transfer vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.
Deposit Note: Funds deposited to your bs44 account are held exclusively for the purpose of gameplay on the Platform. bs44 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are credited to your account balance only upon confirmed receipt by bs44's payment processing systems.
5Bonuses and Promotions
bs44 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 5 as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant offer. In case of conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.
5.1 All bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable promotional credit until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
5.2 The standard wagering requirement for bs44 welcome bonuses is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Players should review the specific wagering requirement for each bonus before claiming it.
5.3 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is stated in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.
5.4 bs44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where bs44 reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting a promotional offer in bad faith, using automated tools, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
5.5 Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Players may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Reload bonuses and other recurring promotions may be subject to additional eligibility criteria communicated at the time of the offer.
Bonus Abuse: bs44 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected, bs44 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend the relevant account, and permanently exclude the Player from future promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors, and coordinating with other Players to game promotional terms.
6Gameplay and Fair Use
bs44 offers casino games and sports betting markets sourced from certified third-party game providers. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the originating provider. bs44 does not alter RTP settings or modify game outcomes. The house edge and RTP percentage for each game are set by the provider and are disclosed in the game information panel within the Platform.
6.1 Players agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a way that is not the result of a human Player's direct manual input is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game round or sports bet, bs44 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. As a general principle, malfunctions void all pays and plays. bs44's decision following investigation is final.
6.3 Incomplete game rounds at the time of disconnection will be resolved automatically by the Platform's game engine. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error, any wager placed for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance in full within 24 hours of the error being confirmed.
6.4 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bs44 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension:
Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including soft-play arrangements in live poker or table games.
Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors on the Platform. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to bs44 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it for financial gain.
Placing bets using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment funds. Any winnings generated from deposits later identified as fraudulent or subject to chargeback will be voided and the relevant account permanently closed.
Attempting to open a new account after a previous account has been terminated for a breach of these Terms. Players whose accounts have been closed for misconduct are permanently prohibited from re-registering on the Platform.
7Responsible Gaming
bs44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available at no cost from the Responsible Gaming section of each Player's account settings.
7.1 Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive decisions. bs44 will not override a Player-set deposit limit at the Player's request outside of the designated cooling-off period.
7.2 Self-exclusion is available on request via account settings or live chat. Players who self-exclude are blocked from accessing all games, bonuses, and deposit functions on the Platform for the duration of their chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. A permanently self-excluded Player may not re-register on the Platform under any circumstances.
7.3 bs44 trains its customer support team to recognise indicators of problem gambling and to signpost Players to the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform. If a member of our support team contacts you regarding your gaming patterns, this is done with genuine concern for your wellbeing and not as a commercial action.
21+ Requirement: bs44 operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access bs44, please notify our support team immediately. bs44 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access upon receiving such a report.
8Account Suspension and Termination
bs44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following sets out the primary circumstances under which account action may be taken:
8.1 bs44 may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation where unusual activity, a potential security breach, or an unresolved KYC query has been identified. During a suspension, the Player may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. bs44 will communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected resolution timeline where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
8.2 Account termination is permanent closure of the account with no right of reinstatement. Termination may be initiated by either the Player (voluntary closure) or by bs44 (for cause). Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations are attached to those funds.
8.3 Where bs44 terminates an account for cause (including breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse), bs44 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be clean and untainted by the conduct leading to termination, bs44 will return them to the Player within 30 days.
Breach of the age eligibility requirement (under 21).
Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform.
Operating more than one account on bs44, either directly or through a third party acting on the Player's behalf.
9Privacy and Data Protection
bs44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform and the provision of its services to registered Players. The full details of how bs44 handles personal data — including data types collected, legal basis for processing, retention periods, and Player rights — are set out in the bs44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
9.1 By registering an account on bs44, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. Players may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to bs44's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-fraud purposes.
9.2 bs44 does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Data is shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and game providers) only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services to the Player.
9.3 All personal data held by bs44 is stored on servers protected by SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. bs44 employs industry-standard technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction of Player data.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bs44's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 bs44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — regardless of whether bs44 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 bs44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times. The Platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or reasons outside bs44's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or regulatory actions. bs44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.3 bs44 is not responsible for any financial loss suffered by a Player as a result of that Player's own decisions while using the Platform, including the decision to place any bet or wager. All betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily by the Player and at the Player's own risk. The Platform provides tools to help Players set limits, but ultimate responsibility for gaming behaviour rests with the Player.
Disclaimer: Nothing in this Section 10 limits bs44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. This limitation of liability clause reflects a fair and reasonable allocation of risk between bs44 and its Players.
11Amendments to These Terms
bs44 operates in a regulated and evolving industry. These Terms may require amendment from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, industry best practice, or the features and services offered by the Platform.
11.1 Where an amendment to these Terms is material — meaning it substantially affects a Player's rights or obligations — bs44 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.
11.2 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bs44.ws/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into effect. Players who do not agree with an amended version of these Terms may close their account prior to the amendment taking effect and withdraw any remaining real-money balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
